Registrations for North Shore United’s (NSU) Player Development program S&C training is proudly presented and supplied by Project: Future Ballers.
As part of the PFB x NSU partnership, all Strength & Conditioning training will be ran under the PFB Elite-Tier Training program, with head coach Nick Chandar running all sessions.
Sessions are ran every Tuesday at Bayswater Park (changes in session timings and location will be communicated prior to the session):
13th grade = 4:00 - 5:15pm
14th grade = 5:15 - 6:30pm
