Coaches Note:
My name is Nick Chandar, and I have played football at all different levels, ranging from amateur social leagues to professional academy. With more than 10 years of experience in the game, I understand the game very well and I’d like to think I’ve learned a few tricks along the way.
As a Professional S&C, I have utilized my knowledge of the game to help other footballers stay fit, healthy, and injury free, all whilst making them feel more engaged and enjoy their game more than ever.
With PFB, I have one goal in mind; To make all footballers feel and become the best version of themselves with professional strength & conditioning. My program gives a detailed insight of what it takes to be a professional, and how becoming fitter, faster, and stronger can boost how enjoyable the beautiful game really is. For me, the fitter, faster, and stronger you feel on the field, the more of the game you can enjoy, as when you’re good at something, you simply can.t hate what you do
For me, to provide this service means a lot to me, as growing up, there was never anything like this, and there was never anything easily accessible for me to help myself and my football journey. I want to give as many people the opportunities I never got, and PFB is exactly that in my eyes. Football is more than a sport, its a lifestyle, and to some even more, and I want to grow a community of healthy and positive football with PFB.
